Additionally, I have worked in infrastructure project management, ensuring proper planning and execution of each construction phase. I also specialize in budget automation and quantity takeoff, optimizing processes through digital tools and BIM workflows.

R-Tools Plugin Revit
Automation of schedules and budgets in Revit. | ● Developed a plugin that optimizes the generation of schedules and quantity takeoffs in BIM models. ● Reduced the time needed for budget preparation by more than 40%. ● Implemented in infrastructure and building projects.
Chinchero Airport
Development of technical specifications for an international airport | In this project, I was responsible for developing the technical specifications, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards in airport infrastructure. Additionally, I participated in BIM coordination to guarantee accuracy in modeling and documentation.
IFC Web Viewer
Advanced visualization of BIM models in the cloud. | This platform allows users to view and analyze IFC models without specialized software, making project information accessible on any device with a web browser. Its integration with IFC.js and Three.js enables a smooth and interactive exploration of BIM models, enhancing collaboration among design and construction teams.
Chiclayo Airport
Budgeting for airport buildings | I prepared the budget for the various airport buildings by extracting quantities directly from Revit and Civil 3D models. This process enabled precise calculations for the feasibility and construction of the airport facilities, optimizing costs and execution times.
